Meals on Wheels, home-delivered meals are available for seniors in our area through Florence Senior Community Center's partnership with UAACOG. To apply, you must complete the official Meals on Wheels Assessment Form, which helps determine eligibility and nutrition needs. You can download and fill out the form here:
